Solitaire for the iPod Touch

Who hasn’t spent many an hour sitting in front of their computer screen at work, playing endless games of Solitaire, just to pass the time? Now, you can play the classic game all from the palm of your hand, more discreetly, and much more easily too! Make moves with just one swipe of a finger, have all your games saved for you, and enjoy all the classical fun of this classic game, Solitaire for the iPod Touch.

The game is played out just like you would be playing it on your laptop or PC. You get to choose the backgrounds, as well as the pattern on the backs of the cards that you choose. You can choose whether you play with one draw or three, and you can choose to have the game automatically finish the game for you upon a win. And you can also choose the type of scoring – standard, or Vegas-style. But, because this app is made for the iPod Touch, and you can do so much more with this device sometimes than you can with your PC, it comes with lots of other features too!

One of those features is whether or not you play right or left-handed. With this app, you can do either. But perhaps the most unique feature is that you can view the game in either portrait or landscape mode, whichever is more comfortable for you. And of course, there’s always the drag and drop feature – something you definitely won’t find on your PC! And, if your game gets interrupted because of a text or, in the case of the iPhone, a phone call, the app will automatically save your current game so you can just pick up where you left off.
