Bejeweled Blitz is currently one of the most popular free iPod Touch apps out there as it has recently entered the download chart. The game is basically a version of the popular Bejeweled game for the iPod Touch and iPhone devices and the good news is that it works extremely well. The game uses the touch screen controls of the iPod Touch to its full potential and it looks great on the Retina display too. Many people will probably have played Bejewled on other devices previously and if this is the case, you will not be disappointed at the latest iPod Touch version.
Although the game is on a very small screen when it comes to the iPod Touch ,you hardly notice it and it really doesn’t hinder game play at all. This is mainly due to the extremely precise touch screen controls from Apple. The game has a few new features including the Play Online feature. This is a great idea and it gives you to opportunity to play with others around the world free of charge. You play on your own however and you will have access to one extra at the start of the game. If you make an account however, you will have access to more extras which will improve your chances of getting a higher score so it is well worth it.
Bejeweled Blitz is extremely addictive and you will no doubt find yourself playing for hours on it once you have it on your iPod Touch.
